Exchanges Policy

At HOUSE OF WHORES , we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to assist. Please review our exchanges policy below for details.
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

2. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:

- We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back, along with information on availability for the new item.
- Please note: Exchanges sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customer-Paid Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original item unless it was received damaged or defective.
- Shipping New Item: We cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item sent back to you within [Your Region, e.g., the U.S.]. International customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
4. Availability of Exchange Items
If the desired item for exchange is out of stock or unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer alternative options, including a full refund or store credit.
